When did you first start coming to Redeemer Fellowship?
I’ve been coming to Redeemer Fellowship since the very beginning.

What is your family’s favorite spot in Newark?
I would say my family’s favorite spot in Newark is our Church. We go every Sunday and we spend a lot of time there.

Are you a Blue Hen (did you graduate from UD)? Yes/No If not, where did you graduate from?
I did not go to college because college is expensive, so no

What do you do for work? What do you like about it?
I am a NASM certified personal trainer. What I love about it is I can train people online and help people reach their goals and be the best healthy person they can be.

What is your comfort food during global pandemic?
My go to comfort food in any situation is chocolate. Not the bad kind of chocolate like Hershey chocolate, like the good kind of chocolate Cadbury.

How and when did you become a Christian?
I’m adopted and I grew up in a Christian home and was saved at the age of 11. Growing up adopted really challenged my view of God and I never fully understood why He would let bad things happen in the world. My thoughts were always how can I give my life to a savior who I don’t believe is good. Little did I know that God would quickly change my perspective by saving me at a Youth Retreat. God changed my view of my family and my circumstance, he showed me how loved I am by Him and how merciful he was to take me from Wuhan China. Ever since that day I have professed Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. I am sinner saved by grace.

What is your favorite bible verse or biblical truth?
That is a very hard question. My go to verse when life struggles hit me is Mathew 6:31-33 “Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”

What do you love about being a part of Redeemer?
I love those store bought muffins and brownies you get after the sermon is over. No, I love being at Redeemer Fellowship because I get the privilege of being around a group of Christians who love the Lord, and serve diligently.

Are you from Delaware originally? If not, what brought you here and when?
I am originally from West Chester PA, or I like to say I’m from West Cheddar. I came to Delaware to be apart of this church.

What is your favorite childhood memory?
Playing outside in the spring weather and seeing the flowers and trees bloom before my eyes, and then go inside to share dinner with my family.

?
My favorite app is probably Spotify, I get to listen to all my music and more.

What is your most practical life tip?
People don’t think about you as much you think about yourself.
