Thanks for visiting! Whether you are here as a UD student or as a growing family; a single parent or as someone enjoying the later years of life; whether you are searching for a church home or looking for answers to life’s biggest questions, we are glad that you found us.
Redeemer Fellowship is a new church plant in Newark, Delaware. We were planted by Covenant Fellowship Church of Glen Mills, PA. This site will briefly introduce you to the mission and ministries of our church. We hope that you can catch a glimpse of who we are as we seek to delight in Christ, love one another, proclaim the gospel, and serve our community. Please let us know if there’s any way that we can serve you.

Sunday Mornings – What to Expect
We love gathering as the redeemed people of God! Our Sunday gatherings happen every week at 10:00 AM. We meet at The Independence School on Rt. 72/Paper Mill Rd. We love guests and hope that you will visit soon!
When we gather, we gather around the Word of God and the Gospel. We sit under the preached Word, we sing songs about the grace of God in the Gospel, and we fellowship through the unifying power of the Holy Spirit.
Each Sunday morning, you can expect to hear expositional preaching (preaching about the Bible for real life) and gospel singing while you encounter a church family that loves to enjoy time together.
RedeemerKIDS is the name for our Sunday morning children’s ministry. We offer classes for children from 1 year of age through 4th grade. There is also a private space for nursing moms with newborns and young children.
In order to ensure the highest level of safety for our children we run background checks on all children’s ministry workers and utilize an electronic check-in/check-out system.
Our desire is to accommodate children with special needs as best as we are able. Please let us know if there are specific ways we can serve your child.
On the third Sunday of every month, we enjoy a meal together. Guests don’t need to bring anything to contribute. We just hope that you stay around long enough for us to share our food with you!
